* TIMING...AREAS OF FREEZING DRIZZLE AND LIGHT FREEZING RAIN WILL
  GRADUALLY CHANGE TO LIGHT SNOW LATE THIS AFTERNOON. THE
  PRECIPITATION SHOULD END THIS EVENING. THE FREEZING RAIN MAY BE
  BRIEFLY MODERATE IN SOUTHWEST MINNESOTA INTO THE START OF THE
  AFTERNOON.

* ACCUMULATIONS...ICE ACCUMULATIONS UP TO ONE TENTH OF AN INCH.
  SNOW ACCUMULATIONS LESS THAN HALF AN INCH.

A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY MEANS THAT FREEZING DRIZZLE AND FREEZING
RAIN WILL CAUSE TRAVEL DIFFICULTIES. BE PREPARED FOR SLIPPERY
