TIMING...SNOW WILL TAPER TO FLURRIES EARLY THIS AFTERNOON.

ACCUMULATIONS...ADDITIONAL SNOWFALL OF UP TO ONE INCH IS
EXPECTED THIS MORNING. TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF 2 TO 5
INCHES ARE EXPECTED.

WIND AND VISIBILITY...NORTH WINDS WILL INCREASE TO 20 TO 35
MPH TONIGHT AND TUESDAY...LASTING INTO TUESDAY NIGHT AND EARLY
WEDNESDAY. THIS WILL REDUCE VISIBILITIES TO A HALF MILE OR
LESS TONIGHT AND TUESDAY IN OPEN AREAS.

WIND CHILL VALUES...WIND CHILLS WILL STEADILY DROP TO 20 BELOW
TO 35 DEGREES BELOW ZERO BY LATE TUESDAY NIGHT AND EARLY
WEDNESDAY.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW MEANS THAT PERIODS OF SNOW
WILL CAUSE PRIMARILY TRAVEL DIFFICULTIES. BE PREPARED FOR SNOW
COVERED ROADS AND LIMITED VISIBILITIES...AND USE CAUTION WHILE
DRIVING.

A WIND CHILL ADVISORY IS ISSUED WHEN A STRONG WIND WILL COMBINE
WITH COLD TEMPERATURES TO CREATE DANGEROUSLY COLD CONDITIONS FOR
EXPOSED SKIN. THE WIND WILL MAKE IT FEEL LIKE IT IS 20 DEGREES
BELOW ZERO OR COLDER FOR A PERIOD OF SEVERAL HOURS. THOSE
PLANNING TO VENTURE OUTDOORS SHOULD DRESS WARMLY...MAKING SURE
