Virginia Gotto of Le Mars is the KLEM Citizen of the Day for September 27, 2011.  Virginia will be celebrating her 80th birthday on  Wednesday.  She may pick-up a tailored carnation from the Le Mars Flower House, pizza from Pizza Hut in Le Mars and car wash from Easy Clean car wash.
