Stacy Bunkers is the KLEM Citizen of the Day for December 8, 2011.  Stacy is a special education teacher at Franklin and is Le Mars Community School District employee of the month.  She may pick up a tailored carnation from the Le Mars Flower House, pizza from Pizza Hut in Le Mars and car wash from Easy Clean car wash.
