Carol Hinds of Le Mars is the KLEM Citizen of the Day for December 16, 2011.  Carol is retiring from Plymouth County Farm Bureau after 24 years of service.  She may pick up a tailored carnation from the Le Mars Flower House, pizza from Pizza Hut and car wash from Easy Clean car wash.
