Lisa Reuter of Le Mars is the KLEM Citizen of the Day for December 20, 2011.  Lisa is the client account coordinator for Floyd Valley Community Health and she will celebrate a birthday on Wednesday.  She may pick up a tailored carnation from the Le Mars Flower House, pizza from Pizza Hut in Le Mars, and car wash from Easy Clean car wash.
