Krista Nilles of Le Mars is the KLEM Citizen of the Day for December 22, 2011.  Krista is employed at the YMCA and today Celebrates her 25th birthday.  She may pick up a tailored carnation from the Le Mars Flower House, pizza from Pizza Hut in Le Mars and car wash from Easy Clean car wash.
