Walter Macklem, 82, of Merrill, Iowa passed away Saturday, April 28, 2012 at his home.  A Celebration of Life Service will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, May 2, 2012 at the Carlsen Funeral Home of Le Mars.  Inurnment will be at Hillside Cemetery in Merrill, Iowa.  Visitations with the family present will be after 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 1, 2012 at the Carlsen Funeral Home in Le Mars followed by a 7:00 p.m. Prayer Service and Masonic Service.
