Phyllis Hawkins of Ireton is the KLEM Citizen of the Day for July 9, 2012.  Phyllis is the treasurer at Adaville United Methodist Church and today she is celebrating her 83rd birthday.  She may pick up a tailored carnation from the Le Mars Flower House, pizza from Pizza Hut in Le Mars and car wash from Easy Clean car wash.
