Dr. Tammy Rhea is the KLEM Citizen of the Day for July 10, 2012.  Dr Rhea is with Le Mars Dental Center.  Today there is a Le Mars Chamber After 5 and Open House of the new facility.  She may pick up a tailored carnation from the Le Mars Flower House, pizza from Pizza Hut in Le Mars and car wash from Easy Clean car wash.
