Marvin Cooper of Le Mars is the KLEM Citizen of the Day for July 17, 2012.  Marvin is a resident at Good Samaritan and on Saturday, July 14 he celebrated his 75th birthday.  He may pick up a boutonniere from the Le Mars Flower House, pizza from Pizza Hut in Le Mars and car wash from Easy Clean car wash.
