Donna Britcher of Le Mars is the KLEM Citizen of the Day for July 20, 2012.  Donna is a volunteer with Zestos and The Shepherd’s Table at Rejoice! Community Church, and the Flea for All.  She may pick up a tailored carnation from the Le Mars Flower House, pizza from Pizza Hut in Le Mars and car wash from Easy Clean car wash.
