Connie Hoffman of Le Mars is the KLEM Citizen of the Day for September 10, 2012.  Connie is a second grade teacher at Franklin Elementary and she recently celebrated her 50th birthday.  She may pick up a tailored carnation from the Le Mars Flower House, pizza from Pizza Hut and car wash from Easy Clean car wash.
