Kay Bogenrief of Merrill is the KLEM Citizen of the Day for October 3, 2012.  Kay is a retired music teacher in the Le Mars School district.   Kay and her husband, Jim recently celebrated their 70th wedding.  She may pick up a tailored carnation from the Le Mars Flower House, pizza from Pizza Hut in Le Mars and car wash from Easy Clean car wash.
