Dora Singer of Le Mars is the KLEM Citizen of the Day for October 4, 2012.  Dora is active at Grace Lutheran Church with volunteering, recycling and has a great smile.  Today she is celebrating her 86th birthday.  She may pick up a tailored carnation from the Le Mars Flower House, pizza from Pizza Hut in Le Mars and car wash from Easy Clean car wash.
