Fr. Kevin Richter of Le Mars is the KLEM Citizen of the Day for October 23, 2012.  Fr. Richter is pastor with St Joseph Catholic Church in Le Mars and will celebrate his birthday on Sunday.  He may pick up a boutonniere from the Le Mars Flower House, pizza from Pizza Hut in Le Mars and car wash from Easy Clean car wash.
