Leonard Langel of Le Mars is the KLEM Citizen of the Day for November 16, 2012.  Leonard is a retired farmer and he is celebrating 90 years young today.  He may pick up a tailored carnation from the Le Mars Flower House, pizza from Pizza Hut in Le Mars and car wash from Easy Clean car wash.
