Judy Zeka of Le Mars is the KLEM Citizen of the Day for January 16, 2013.  Judy is in the English/Language Arts Department at Le Mars Community High School and is Le Mars Community School District employee of the month.  She may pick up a tailored carnation from the Le Mars Flower House, pizza from Pizza Hut in Le Mars and car wash from Easy Clean car wash.
