Otto Kleihauer is the KLEM Citizen of the Day for February 19, 2013.  Otto is a resident at Plymouth Manor Care Center and was chosen as Valentine King at Plymouth Manor on Valentine’s Day.  He may pick up a boutonniere from the Le Mars Flower House, pizza from Pizza Hut in Le Mars and car wash from Easy Clean car wash.
