Ella Corley, 91, of Le Mars died Friday, Sept. 17, 2010 at the Plymouth Manor Care Center in Le Mars. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 22, 2010 at Grace Lutheran Church in Le Mars. Interment will be at St. John Lutheran Cemetery, Craig, Iowa. Visitations will be after 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 21, 2010 at Grace Lutheran Church followed by a 7:00 p.m. Prayer Service at the church. Dolores Plueger, 74, of Le Mars passed away Thursday, September 16, 2010 at her home in Le Mars, Iowa. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, September 21, 2010 at St. James Catholic Church in Le Mars with Reverend Richard Reis officiating. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Le Mars. Visitations will be after 3:00 p.m. Monday, September 20, 2010 at the Carlsen Funeral Home in Le Mars. There will be a 4:00 p.m. Parish Rosary followed by a 7:00 p.m. Vigil Wake Service. Visitations will continue Tuesday morning from 9:30 a.m. until service time at the church. Dorothy Meis, 88, of Arvada, CO and formerly of LeMars, Iowa, passed away unexpectedly from heart failure on Friday, September 10, 2010 at Exempla Lutheran Hospital in Arvada, Colorado.
Visitation will be on Friday, September 17, 2010 at 3:00 p.m. at Carlsen Funeral Home in Le Mars with the family present to greet friends, followed by the rosary at 4:00 p.m. and a 7:00 p.m. Scriptural Wake Service. The Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 18, 2010 at St. James Catholic Church in Le Mars with Father Matt Hewitt officiating. Elmer Heien, 88, of Le Mars passed away Wednesday, September 15, 2010 at his home in Le Mars, Iowa.  Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday, September 19, 2010 at St. John’s Lutheran Church, E.L.C.A. in Le Mars, Iowa. Reverend Greg Gabriel will officiate. Burial will follow in Resthaven Memory Gardens in Le Mars. Visitation with the family present will be after 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 18, 2010, with a Prayer service at 7:00 p.m., all at Carlsen Funeral Home in Le Mars.
