Janet “Jan” Ann Sargent-Royer, 85, of Kingsley, passed away Saturday, February 16, 2013, at her residence after a short illness.  Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, February 22, 2013, at the Moville United Methodist with Reverend Ed Frank officiating.  A private family burial will be held at a later date at the Arlington Township Cemetery in Moville, Iowa. Visitation will held Thursday, 4:00 – 7:00 p.m., with the family present 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. at the Rohde Funeral Home in Kingsley Iowa.                           Funeral arrangements are being handled by the Rohde Funeral Home in Kingsley, Iowa.

Theresa M. McQueen, 83, of Pierson, Iowa passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 16, 2013, at the Correctionville Nursing & Rehab Center. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, February 20, 2013 at the Salem Lutheran Church, rural Correctionville, Iowa, with Rev. Lorene K. Glant officiating. Burial will be at the Greenwood Cemetery in Pierson, Iowa. Visitation will begin at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, February 19, 2013 at the Johnson – Earnest Funeral Home in Kingsley, with the family present from 6-8 p.m. A prayer service will be held a t 7:00 p.m. There will also be one hour of visitation at the church prior to the service on Wednesday. Beverly Ann Tozier, 83, of Le Mars, formerly of Sioux City, Iowa, passed away on Friday, February 15, 2013 at the Happy Siesta Health Care Center in Remsen, Iowa. A Memorial Service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 19, 2013 at Rejoice Community Church in Le Mars, Iowa.  Pastor Tony De La Rosa will officiate.  A private family interment will take place at a later date at Graceland Cemetery in Sioux City, Iowa.  Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 19 at Rejoice Community Church.  The Mauer – Johnson Funeral Home in Le Mars is assisting Beverly’s family with arrangements.  Expressions of sympathy may be directed through www.mauerjohnsonfh.com

Orville F. Kunkel, 84 years old, of Remsen, IA died Thursday, Feb. 14, 2013 at Happy Siesta Health Care Center in Remsen, IA. 
Funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m., Monday, Feb. 18, 2013, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Remsen with Rev.
