Alfred J. Wilberding, 89 years old, of Remsen, IA died Friday, March 25, 2011, at Floyd Valley Hospital in LeMars, IA. Funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, March 29, 2011, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Remsen with Rev. William McCarthy & Deacon Rick Roder officiating. Burial will be in the St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery in Remsen. Visitation will be anytime after 2 p.m. on Monday, March 28, 2011. There will be a parish rosary at 3 p.m. and a vigil prayer service at 7 p.m. followed by a Knights of Columbus rosary all at Fisch Funeral Home & Monument in Remsen. Duane E. Heidbrink, 81, of Le Mars, Iowa passed away on Wednesday, March 23, 2011 at The Abbey of Le Mars. Funeral services will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, March 28, 2011 at the Mauer - Johnson Funeral Home of Le Mars. Rev. Timothy Geitz of Grace Lutheran Church in Le Mars will officiate. Burial will follow at St. John's Lutheran Cemetery, rural Ireton, Iowa. Visitation will begin at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 27, 2011 at the Mauer - Johnson Funeral Home. The family will be present from 3-5 p.m. with a Prayer Service scheduled at 4 p.m. Visitation will resume at 9:00 a.m. on Monday at the funeral home. Reinard “Reine” Dreckman, 86, of Le Mars passed away Saturday, March 19, 2011 at Floyd Valley Hospital in Le Mars, Iowa. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, March 22, 2011 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Le Mars with Father Kevin Richter officiating. Interment with Military Honors provided by the Wasmer American Legion Post #241 will be at Calvary Cemetery in Le Mars. Visitation will be after 3:00 p.m. Monday, March 21, 2011 at the Carlsen-Feuerstein Funeral Home. There will be a 4:00 p.m. Parish Rosary followed by a 7:30 p.m. Vigil Wake Service all at the funeral home. Visitation will continue Tuesday morning at the church from 9:30 a.m. until service time. Larry D. Knaack, 71, of Correctionville, Iowa, passed away Wednesday afternoon, March 16, 2011, at the Kingsley Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, March 19, 2011, at the United Methodist Church in Correctionville, Iowa, with the Rev. Sheryl Ashley officiating. Interment will be in the Good Hope Cemetery, rural Correctionville.
Visitation will begin at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, March 18, 2011, at the Johnson-Earnest Funeral Home in Kingsley, Iowa.
