Irmgard  Luksan, 99, of Hinton, Iowa passed away Thursday, March 21, 2013 at the Sunrise Retirement Community in Sioux City, Iowa.
Services will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday, March 24, 2013 at Trinity Lutheran Church, rural Hinton, Iowa with Reverend Steve Stoll officiating.  Interment will be at the church cemetery.  Visitation will be after 4:00 p.m. Saturday, March 23, 2013 at the Carlsen Funeral Home in Le Mars with the family present to greet friends after 6:00 p.m. followed by a 7:00 p.m. Prayer Service.  Visitations will continue at the church from 1:00 p.m. until service time.  Condolences can be sent to www.carlsenfuneralhome.com.

Helen Snow, 95, of Akron, Iowa passed away Wednesday, March 20, 2013 at the Akron Care Center in Akron.
Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, March 23, 2013 at Wesley United Methodist Church in Akron.  Reverend Tanya Sherrill will officiate.  Graveside services will be at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 23, 2013 at Resthaven Memory Gardens in Le Mars.  Visitation will be after 3:00 p.m. Friday, March 22, 2013, with the family present after 5:00 p.m. and an Order of Eastern Star Service at 7:00 p.m., all at Carlsen Funeral Home – Schroeder Chapel in Akron.

Joan Evelyn Schroeder, 90 years old, of Remsen, IA, passed away peacefully on March 19, 2013 surrounded by her loving family at Mercy Medical Center in Sioux City, IA.
