(LE MARS) -- Levi TeBrink threw a pair of touchdown passes to Gabe Rahn and also ran for a score to lead Le Mars to a 39-7 win over Storm Lake Friday night at Jim Lorenzen Field.  The victory keeps the Bulldogs in control of their own playoff destiny as they try to secure home field advantage for the first round of the playoffs next Friday in their regular season finale at Carroll.  Le Mars improved to 6-and-2 for the season and 4-and-1 in Class 3A District two play.  TeBrink connected with Rahn on scoring passes of 28 and 24 yards in the first quarter as Le Mars built a 20-0 halftime lead.  TeBrink gave the Bulldogs a 33-0 lead with a two yard TD-run in the third quarter.  Travis Kinney scored twice for Le Mars on runs of three and one yard and Juan Hernandez added a three-yard run.  The Dogs led 39-0 before Storm Lake finally tallied late in the game.

(ORANGE CITY) --Dalton DeHaan capped a 12-play, 74-yard fourth quarter drive with his third touchdown run of the game with 59-seconds to play to rally the Unity Christian Knights to a wild 38-34 win over Gehlen Catholic Friday night in a non-district football match-up at DeValois Field in Orange City.  The Knights led 14-0 in the first quarter before Gehlen rallied to tie the score at 14-all on a Blake Wiltgen 17-yard TD pass to Michael Whitehead and a one yard TD run by Dominic Ellensohn.  Unity scored the final ten points of the first half for a 24-14 lead at the break.  A 47-yard TD pass to Aaron Jentz 37 seconds into the second half drew Gehlen to within 24-20.  And the Jays went in front 27-24 on an 11-yard TD pass from Wiltgen to Whitehead with 11:16 to play in the game.  That would start a wild exchange of touchdowns as Unity went back in front 31-27 on a five-yard run by DeHaan with 6:45 left.  Jentz hauled in his second TD pass of the game with 4:21 remaining and the Jays reclaimed a 34-31 advantage before the Knights answered with the game winning drive and go-ahead touchdown with about a minute to play.  Gehlen drove past the 50-yard line on their final possession of the game before an interception ended the Jays hopes and gave Unity Christian their first win of the season after an 0-and-7 start.  Blake Wiltgen finished with four touchdown passes and 339 yards on 22-of-39.  Dalton DeHaan scored three touchdowns for the Knights.  Gehlen falls to 2-and-6.  The Jays close out the season next Friday when they host number-three Emmetsburg at Jim Lorenzen Field.
